Purchase order and cancellation

  • When the customer requests the product via the website, social networks, telephone or other means, the person  you will receive a message  confirming receipt of the order, existence of the requested product (*)  and bank account number to make the payment by deposit or electronic transfer.  

  • If the customer makes the purchase online using PayPal, a commission of 5.7% + $4 will be charged.

  • The product will be kept in reserve for 1 day pending payment confirmation; If the transfer is not made, the purchase order will be cancelled.

 

(*)MiguelCruz® tries to show the articles in the closest way to reality. However, the color of the items that appears in the photographs may be subject to variations, so it cannot be guaranteed that the colors that appear on your device will be faithful to reality.

Returns.

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you will have a maximum period of 2 business days to request a return (counted from the date of receipt of the product), which can be done in three ways:

  • Exchange for another identical item

  • Exchange for another item of greater value (paying the difference)

  • money refund

 

The procedure to follow is as follows:

  • Call (506) 8909 4935 / (506) 2428 0395, notify the reasons for the change and request the type of return.

  • Send the article by the same way it was delivered.

  • Company personnel will verify that the product is  in perfect condition (no signs or marks of having been used)

  • The same means will be used to deliver the item or refund the money.

Shipment

  • Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the day of cancellation (Costa Rica).

  • The purchased product will be sent by Correos de Costa Rica, from Monday to Friday.

  • If it is a shipment abroad, you must contact us to make a quote.

  • The person who buys must clearly indicate the address to which it must be delivered, including province, canton, district and specific address; or if you prefer, request delivery to the Costa Rica Post Office of your choice.

  • In the event that Correos de Costa Rica does not find anyone to receive the order at the indicated address, the item will return to the company, so it is the customer's responsibility to call or send a message  to coordinate a new shipment.

Warranty

  • The products are guaranteed for three  months from the purchase and applies only to zippers, seams, hardware and linings. It does not apply to damage caused by use, natural wear and tear over time, improper use or accidents.

  • MiguelCruz® provides repair service with a cost that varies according to the type of repair.
